So i know its a zip file but i don’t know how to get the file unzipped and extracted onto my computer. tessorb: Hey, So I was thinking of re downloading daggerfall and I remembered that to play it in dosbox, you have to type in a butt load of commands. It opens my file manager (well it shows my list of files but it wasn't the actual file manger) and i try to get it to go into a file i created for it, it does nothing. So i try opening it again, gives me launch application screen.the two options i had earlier, i click choose application. I click daggerfall.zip and the screen closes, my computer does nothing. It gives me the launch application window and it shows me the daggerfall.zip file and choose application. For comparison, that is approximately 4000 times as large as Oblivion's world (See this map, with Daggerfall's size listed on the side.) It's quite amazing a world so large. The world is said to be 62,394 square miles in size. Trying to download the daggerfall.zip file, it downloads and i try to open it. Daggerfall is an open-world game fan's dream as it allows you to roam freely and do what you want in it's huge world. Was following an online guide to install but came to a problem. I downloaded Dosbox using a software manager and downloaded daggerfall itself from the main site ( ). Alright, i am new to the forum and i have been trying to get elder scrolls 2 daggerfall to work in Linux.
